Basic Options:

            Awareness seminars / brainstorming groups

We can organise and facilitate strategy meeting and focused workshops that will enable you and your team to quickly sort and rank the tasks that need to be taken forward.

            Training days

We have designed full educational programmes, professionally accredited modules and corporate training courses. So if you think you need a one day seminar or a full 5/6 day course for mangers who need to be immersed in the tactical techniques and current bets in class thinking.

            "Guided Projects"

At some stage, like most of us you will have attended a short course without full commitment only to return to the day to day world remembering only the food or accommodation and little else. We have successfully used a hybrid system that involves small groups of delegates taking away from the course tasks and projects that relate to their every day functions. Subsequent "seminars" require they present to their colleagues the outcome of applying the techniques and key points from the previous course days. Three benefits have been identified by delegates:

1. They see the concepts and techniques as relevant and useful.

2. The business gains from the project's output and "expert" input.

3. It is often the first occasion  when staff in the groups have discussed supply chain or business issues with the suppliers or customers in  advance of problems. All sides find this builds a new basis and foundation for relationship marketing.
