Key Approach

Each of our clients' needs differs and so therefore does our approach.

We always seek to transfer knowledge back to the client's team either direct through out "guided projects" or through project management. We also undertake convention project execution. Two recent examples demonstrate our typical way of working.

In the first example the client had decided to review their European distribution by third party suppliers. We were asked to provide two briefing days that would facilitate the internal team's development of potential options. The project thus meant a rapid review of current processes, analysis of future business plans and design of a "think tank" style facilitation to thrash out a consensus on a set of feasible alternatives.

Cost to client, approx.  £5,000:  Benefit/savings   £45,000 pa.

In the second example the client's American owners had encouraged a review of its European operation. We were asked to assess the current supply chain and logistics processes across the individual national manufacturing companies in parallel but in isolation from another team of consultants. Following our presentation to the European board we won the commission to oversee the detailed implementation of the plan working with, and project managing the internal team. This close partnership with our clients operated for approximately 22months and has covered the logistics strategy to facilitate focused manufacturing,  European products and spares inventory, warehouse design and re-design, logistics outsourcing.

              Cost to client, approx.  £25,000:

Benefit/savings   £250,000+ pa.  and reduced CAPEX requirements by £5mill+.
