Indeed, as well as assisting well over 200 organisations we have over 20+ years of lecturing experience at Cranfield, educating many hundreds of postgraduate students in these techniques and processes. With our founder's doctorate in econometrics and an engineering degree, we have combined the highest levels of expertise throughout the whole period with pragmatism: relying upon four simple guiding principles to clearly establish and meet our client's aims and objectives;

2. the people working in the network (vertical flows and horizontal impacts)

3. the data, information flows (dependency, consistency and ownership)

4. the operating landscape's characteristics i.e. sector, product, suppliers/contractors and customers.

Only after having established the 'WHAT' are the client's true needs understood and we are best able to decide on the optimum approach; the 'HOW'. Applying the most appropriate techniques then naturally leads everyone into a consensus and eases the communication of 'WHY' any changes should be implemented.
