This website has been created by Dr Derek Wright (Supply Chain Economist) to provide a focal point for international expertise on supply chain, support chain and logistics management.
This site also contains information for business managers interested getting consultancy support or training advice to quickly and effectively make the cost savings and strategic gains possible through effective supply chain and support chain management and efficient corporate logistics.
We work in the areas of Defence, Waste management and business logistics and supply chain analysis. We are skilled in using sophisticated simulation models and in implementation and the careful transfer of knowledge to your own staff.

The site covers many options of training. One of the biggest training challenges is getting the concepts and ideas transferred to the everyday workplace. Using our experience as a facilitator and project manager we have devised a "guided projects" package that give participants the motivation to apply concepts and generate early business gains directly alongside a changing environment and dynamic opportunities.
